The "1st Annual Habitat for Humanity of Greater Plymouth Poker Run" was held on Sunday, June 1st, 2008! Registration started at 9:30 AM at Walmart in Halifax. Participants rode through most of the towns served by HFHGP (Plymouth, Kingston, Carver, Plympton, Middleboro and Lakeville) and by some of the homes we have built, including our newest Women Build project in Kingston. Following the event, there was food and festivities offered at the Upland Sportsman Club in Plympton where riders took a chance on great raffle prizes and received a complimentary massage from therapists at "Soft Touch To Go". Local favorites, "The Chowda Heads", provided Classic Rock and Blues music.
